Fed's Fischer: We don't want to damage rest of the world economy

FXStreet (Córdoba) - FOMC vice-chair Stanley Fischer was speaking on CNN Friday. Below the main remarks, via Reuters:

*Minutes showed 13 of 17 Fed officials saw rates increasing in 2015
*Many foreign central bankers tell us 'please do it’
*Global developments weigh more on fed than in past
*We need to be confident that inflation will return to 2%

Earlier, another FOMC member, Charles Evans, said that first rate hike mid-2016 is consistent with hitting inflation mandate of 2%.
