FXStreet (Bali) - China's National Bureau of Statistics spokesman Sheng Laiyu said survey based unemployment stood around 5.2%, while the unemployment rate rose slightly in September. As per the trend of transition to services-led economy, Sheng reiterated the momentum seen in this front, while admitting that the economy still faces, as whole, downward pressures.
